“Leah Wymer and Brady Ryan moved into 98 square feet so they could pursue their passions. From growing wedding flowers to making honey and sea salt, they say their tiny home is at the center of it all. Leah Wymer and Brady Ryan’s house-on-wheels wasn’t some big, planned project. Wymer’s dad, a carpenter, thought it would be fun, so they bought a used trailer off Craigslist for $500 and started building.
“Mark Wipfli’s “Midnight Sun Tiny House” might be the most northern tiny house! It’s still a work in progress, but Mark’s tiny house is unique in design and can withstand an impressive 150 degrees of temperature change from Alaska’s summer to winter season.
Nice design and excellent video with loads of practical space saving tips.
I was expecting this to be just another tiny house video. Instead, this video does a fantastic job of explaining how building codes and zoning regulations are largely unnecessary and a huge drain on local economies. The video highlights some cities in Texas that are doing just fine without all this bureaucracy and added expense. As a result, housing costs per square foot are only a small fraction of many other US cities.
