Tiny House Tour at Stunning Waterfront Off-Grid Resort

“In this video we take you on a tour of 2 beautiful off-grid tiny houses at the Domaine Floravie tiny house eco-resort in Rimouski, Québec, Canada. Domaine Floravie has a total of 7 tiny houses located on a stunning piece of land right on the shores of the Saint Lawrence River.

The cabins are all off-grid and use a 285 watt solar panel to power the lights and fridge, and they use propane for the heater, stove and water heater. They were built using local and natural materials including hemp insulation and natural oil finishes. The houses are slightly larger than a standard tiny house and measure 10 feet wide instead of the more common 8 foot width. The first tiny house in the video has a loft with a bed, and the second floorplan placed the bed on the main floor.”
