Earthbag Workshop in Nepal Update

Earthbag build Nepal is due to start 6th February 2015! This building will provide a training facility for hundreds of rural Nepali teachers hence making a major impact on the delivery of quality education. Be part of the change and volunteer on site in February or early March.

Accommodation and 3 good meals per day: NZ$20/ US$ 15, £ 12 per night. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real difference, learn from Owen Geiger and have a unique experience. Space limited: Contact director@firststepshimalaya.org

    I’m a volunteer at MT, I’m at present in Nepal waiting for the rains to stop to start building projects. We’re very much interested in learning techniques in earth bag construction to teach to teach to local people focusing at this moment in time for earthquake victims. I hear you will be in Nepal in September running workshop. Could you pass on more information on these.

    I will arrive on the night of 17th..Ktm..
    Also I saw the drama about ferrocement building..

    Anyway I just finish one here in PH ..only ferrocement
    Will send you pics.. Not sure where too.
