  1. Depending on the foundation and the finishes this building will still cost in the neighborhood of $40,000. Has the design been approved by HUD to be sufficient to meet loan approval? What sort of ratings does the built home possess? does it meet any of the net zero standards?

  2. Floorplans please. I’m due to retire and just found out I’m getting 936 a month when I do. I need a solution and this would be a great idea to do that.

    • Can you track down the architect and get some basic drawings to show others? They probably have some free literature.
