Love Ut’s “can-do” attitude.Like she said, ” to have the courage to start is the most important thing” Also that she had to communicate with folks in the area to ask for all the free materials…building up contacts and fostering relationships within the community….so important in any situation, but maybe even more so for off-girders in isolated environments.
