“In association with the Nka Foundation in Ghana, I, Niall OCleirigh an Architectural Designer/ Technologist from Dublin, Ireland, will host a workshop to learn from vernacular and about earth architecture in the Ashanti Region in Ghana.

and materials, learning from vernacular architecture and traditional practices.

Participate in build, experiencing
and learning from local knowledge.

> 8 Weeks (8 Nov. 2014 – 24 Jan. 2015)
> You can join at anytime from 2 weeks up to 8 weeks.

>Project Contribution – 300€ per person
>Accommodation – 60€ per week
>Food – 50€ per week
> plus personal expenses, airfare, visas, vaccinations etc.

  1. I can come and pay for food and lodge, but if Im volunteering, I would prob not be able pay the $300. I would work hard and contribute my skills and knowledge. I would have to take time off my job and I don’t have a lot of money for the plane ticket etc.. Would that work?

  2. Sure. Who pays for security of the individual while in Ghana.

    Very silly marketing to the public for this endeavor in this part of the world.
