Hi – are they willing to share the plans for this one ? We are planning a similar one in one of our farms, though the material would differ, idea remains very similar. So curious to know more on this one.
You could write and ask them, but simple designs like these really don’t need plans if you know building basics.

This is a good sign. They’re continuing to build additional structures with earthbags and other natural materials. Glad it’s working out for them.
