A Remarkable Tiny Home Village in Austin, Texas

Community First! Village is a beautiful 51-acre master-planned tiny home village providing affordable housing in a supportive community for the disabled, previously chronically homeless in Central Texas. It’s currently home to 200 individuals in tiny homes & RVs.

As a way to invite the outside community in, they offer volunteer opportunities, events, and a bed and breakfast featuring classic trailers & tiny houses on wheels. “Mobile Loaves & Fishes” desires to empower the community into a lifestyle of service with the homeless. 

The village features: 130 tiny homes, 100 RV/Park homes, 5 Laundry/Restroom/Shower Facilities and 5 Outdoor Kitchens, a Capital Metro bus stop, a Family Health Resource Center, an outdoor movie theater, the Community Inn (a tiny house bnb), community market, Memorial Garden with Prayer Labyrinth and walking trails

Micro-enterprise business opportunities: Art House, Screen Printing, Car Care, Forge, Organic Farming, Woodworking Shop, Concessions & Catering
